Lacey delights (Spellbinders)

A fancy fold card inspired by Sue Wilson,

I decided to use Turquiose and white for this card and it was all done from A4 cardstock.

I used the Persian Dies Motifs and accents to create the main fancy fold instructions are on Sue's Blog.
I embossed one of the Persian accent dies along the edge rather than cut it.

Printed the greeting and cut it with a Damask accent die that reminds me of a fancy padlock. added a ribbon anf the numbers cut from a cuttlbug font set

A Great Gran's Flowery Explosion

This is an A4 Card I cut out the two mats in matching colours one plane and on a pearly card stock which I embossed. I rpinted the greeting direct to the card and the tag befor cutting it.

I used all my spellbinder flower and leaf dies with different shades of plain and patterned paper made up the flowers then decided which ones to use and were to place them.

I then used the romantic rectangle to cut the label also inking it before removing it from the die and made a treble bow. I stuck them using Glue gel. I finished with a few gems for the flower centers and a little glitter

A row of Flowers

This card I used my m bossibilities and spellbinder flowers and some inspiration from Sue Wilson.
I cut my 2 mats Deep lavender and pearl white to use with an A5 card I pin pricked the outer edge of the card with a Tim Holts ruler. I embossed the pearl white card and stuck it to the lavender card I then cut out my flowers and leaves four of each inked them while they were still in the dies Stamped the greetings and cut with a die inking before removing it from the die.

I chose two ribbons both in shades of lavenders aithough the colours do not look great in the pictures, I do appologise must get my lighting right.

I put the card together I'm really pleased with the final result.

Fluttering By with Spellbinders

I chose my colours white and Turquoise firstly I used several butterfly dies from different sets for this card and one was large enough to stamp the greeting on to, I used "Beautiful Wishes" stamp collection from Creative Expressions and another for the birthday age.

I embossed the top matt with an M bossibilities rounded the corners and cut a slightly larger matt in a Turquoise card I used Vellum in the same colour as a ribbon around the center of the card. I finished with three gems and some faux stitching around the edge of the card using a Sakura glitter pen.

Wiered Science

I created this card from Craft Artist and the Steampunk Inventor digi kit and a few embellishments from one of the other steampunk digi kits. I'm trying to get a look of mad scientist/inventor as the card if a student going to do his PHD in one of the sciences. Hence the bottles and vials on the shelves which i placed and grouped so that I could move them to where I wanted.

I finished by glazing the bottles but this was done as an after thought and after the photos were taken
