Nostalgic Bowls
I used cream and brown A4 card stock. Papermania Nostalgia Stamps. So trendy M-bossabilities and one of the Fancy tags, Labels fourteen and Vintage photo ink.
I embossed a piece of card to sit down the middle of the card but before embossing it I used my inkpad on one side of the m-bossability to get the mottled effect, I then matted it onto brown card. I stamped out the greeting, the main image and stamped 50 down each side of the card . I cut the image using Labels fourteen and a larger one in brown card for the mat. cut the greeting with the fancy tag. I used the ink on the main image and the greeting before removing them from the die. then put the card together using glue for the main strip down the middle and foam tape for the image and greeting to give dimension to the finished card

Wiered Science
I created this card from Craft Artist and the Steampunk Inventor digi kit and a few embellishments from one of the other steampunk digi kits. I'm trying to get a look of mad scientist/inventor as the card if a student going to do his PHD in one of the sciences. Hence the bottles and vials on the shelves which i placed and grouped so that I could move them to where I wanted.
I finished by glazing the bottles but this was done as an after thought and after the photos were taken

Fun Fishing
This is an A4 card I created the background in craft artist I placed fished onto the paged and used the blend mode to give a watermark effect. The Greeting I used the effects tab and gave this a Glass effect and a slight shadow so that it stood off the page. The image came from MCS Mens CD I used the Punch to get the shape and did the same with materials from Craft Artist. I added a shadow to these to give a layered effect. The Brother Button I used the same materials and the punch added text.
I printed the backing page the image and the button seperate then put them all together onto an A$ card then I added little google eyes to the fish and diamond Glaze to the button (I would normally add the glaze before I fixed this to the card but it turned out.)

Polka Doodles
I wanted to do some grunge
What better to use that Polka Doodles Pretty Tuff I love Nikki Halls images and backing papers. I layered two of the papers but use MCS to print the birthday greeting and Footy Fan message. used the same papers again to make the smaller mat but grouped them together before printing also the sentiment I coloured to match the card and printed out the footballer. I used small die around the footballer so had to cut around his foot and lifter out of the die before cutting so he looks like he is running off the shaped mat.
