Missing my Blog

Hi all I have not been able to update my blog for a few months! Ive been really busy with Weddings and Grandchildren. Our latest addition to the McArthur Family was born in July a Little Boy Jude. Hes was a little poorly when he was born but hes getting there. I have been told there will also be another addition sometime in the Spring! OMG that will be 8.

My Grandsons from Colchester came up for the summer holidays and spent their time between me and their other Granny so I was able to take them out for days we spent a few days at the beach and parks and thoroughly enjoyed it. Photos above are from Limekilns, Cullross and Townhill with Harry and Brooklyn also Dora my 1 year old Yorkie who had great fun at the beach.

Missed my blog

I have not been able to post anything for a while Ive been busy with Wedding Stationery I didnt have time to schedule either so I have posted Scrap pages for today and tomorrow I also have a lot of photos of cards I need to add. I will need to schedule them as I will be on holiday hopefully I will bring the sun back with me abd some great and funny photos to share with you all so I appologise I have not been able to visit all your fantastic blogs will see you all soon

Paradise Island

A scrapbook page of my Son and his family.
I used Craft Artist and the "Paradise Island digi kit I used shadow effect to make it look three D brushes of lace and bubbles

I created this card in Craft artist using "More than just feathers" MCS CD

I created the mat and layered backgrounds for the image and both greetings also added shadow brushes

Then added the Zebra image and greetings and printed this straight onto the card.

I finished with cosmic shimmer silver PVA glue for the pearls and added a little silver bow from the Paper mania range.

Spotty Dog

 

This card I created in MCS using  "More than Feathers" CD

I used a spotted background just slightly larger than the image to give a mat and layered effect.

Printed the greeting in a chunky font I then printed it straight onto the card and added a black and white bow from the papermania range and finally added a few red liquid pearl drops

Tatty Ted

 
I used Docrafts digital designer for this card I printed out the letters and tatty ted decoupage first. then I designed the background using design mats in the shapes option added the greeting added the two ribbons.
All the papers were from the papermania timecapsule CD its a brilliant source and a neverending supply of pretty papers for every occasion.

Footy fan 18th

 

This card I created in Craft Artist I used my own digi kit for the background and coloured it to match the favourite team of the birthday boy. I used a Punch to cut out the sections of the football on the front stamped the middle section and used a cuttlebug font dies for the numbers.

I printed the greeting onto a DL card and used decoupage image from a CD
